On Monday & Tuesday, August 21 & 22, HBO will air the Spike Lee documentary, When The Levees Broke: A Requiem In Four Acts. This is a film that follows the devastation that Hurricane Katrina & the breaking of the levees brought upon New Orleans on August 29, 2005, the horror the people endured waiting on the emergency response efforts, and the road to recovery as the victims try to put their lives back together.
