The Roussanne from Cass Winery is a stellar blend of apricot, honey and grapefruit flavors producing this outstanding California wine from a grape that is normally grown in France. This wine has proven to be one of our favorite wines from the spring/summer season that we will definitely enjoy going into fall/winter. As a side note, if you get a chance we definitely recommend visiting the winey. Ted & Lisa proved to be gracious hosts after an unexpected yet thoroughly enjoyable encounter in the tasting room.
